These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "you," "your") and No 999 ("the Platform," "we," "us," "our") in respect of your use of any service, game, betting product, or feature offered on the No 999 website at no999.bet and any associated mobile-accessible version of the same.
By registering an account on No 999 you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand their contents, and that you agree to be bound by them in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not register an account or use the platform.
These Terms apply to all services offered by No 999 including but not limited to cricket betting, football betting, live casino games (baccarat, roulette), fishing games, Ludo tournaments, and all promotional offers. Additional game-specific rules may apply in certain sections and will be displayed in the relevant game lobby or promotional page.
No 999 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or an in-platform notification. Continued use of the platform after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
To use any paid service on No 999 you must create a registered account. Registration is free and requires a valid Pakistani mobile number, a unique password, and your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC or other national identification.
Each individual person is entitled to hold one account only on No 999. Holding multiple accounts — whether registered under the same name, different names, or using different devices or mobile numbers — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are detected, No 999 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, forfeit any balances held in them, and permanently suspend the player's access to the platform.
- You must provide accurate and truthful information at registration. No 999 does not accept accounts registered with false names, fabricated CNIC details, or contact information belonging to another person.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. No 999 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your own failure to maintain password security.
- No 999 may request identity verification documents at any point during your account lifetime — particularly before processing withdrawals above a certain threshold. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation when requested may result in withdrawal delays or account restriction until verification is complete.
- Account registration is only available to residents of Pakistan. Players accessing the platform from outside Pakistan do so at their own risk and No 999 makes no representations about the legality of its services in jurisdictions other than Pakistan.
No 999 is an adults-only platform. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, make a deposit, or place any bet. This age requirement is non-negotiable and is enforced without exception.
By registering, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. No 999 reserves the right to request proof of age from any player at any time. Acceptable proof of age documents include a valid Pakistani CNIC, a current Pakistani passport, or a valid Pakistani driving licence. Documents must clearly show your full name and date of birth.
Any player found to be under 18 years of age will have their account immediately and permanently closed. Any balance in the account at the time of closure — including deposited funds and any winnings — may be retained by No 999 in accordance with our obligation to prevent underage gambling.
No 999 operates exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposits, balances, bets, winnings, and withdrawals are denominated in PKR. No currency conversion is applied at any stage of your interaction with the platform.
The following payment methods are accepted for deposits at No 999:

- JazzCash — Instant credit, minimum deposit Rs 200
- NayaPay — Instant credit, minimum deposit Rs 200

No 999 does not charge any fee for deposits made through any of the above methods. Third-party fees charged by your bank or mobile wallet provider are outside of No 999's control and are the responsibility of the player.
No 999 reserves the right to request verification of the payment method used before crediting a deposit or processing a withdrawal. This is a standard anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering measure and applies equally to all players regardless of account tenure or VIP status.
No 999 aims to process all withdrawal requests within five minutes for Easypaisa and JazzCash, and within 24 hours for bank transfers and card withdrawals. These timelines represent our operational targets — the actual processing time may vary during periods of exceptionally high volume, but we work to minimise any delays.
- Minimum withdrawal amount: Rs 500
- Withdrawals will only be paid to a payment method registered in your name and matching the details on your No 999 account
- No 999 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods belonging to other individuals
- Withdrawal requests submitted before active wagering requirements are met on any bonus balance will be processed after the bonus wagering is complete or the bonus is forfeited
- No 999 reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests above Rs 100,000, which may extend processing time by up to 48 hours
- No 999 does not charge any withdrawal fees. Any charges applied by your bank or mobile wallet are external to No 999
Where a player requests a withdrawal that exceeds their available real-money balance (i.e., bonus funds are included in their total balance), the bonus funds are not included in the withdrawal until the applicable wagering requirement has been completed.
No 999 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing members. Full details of all active promotions are available on the Promotions page. The following general rules apply to all bonuses offered by No 999 unless a specific promotion explicitly states otherwise.
- Bonuses are credited automatically to eligible accounts without the need for a bonus code, unless a specific promotion states otherwise
- Welcome bonuses are available to new accounts only — one per person, per household address, per device, and per payment method
- Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as stated in the relevant promotion. The standard wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10x the bonus amount. The daily reload bonus carries an 8x wagering requirement
- Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated for each bonus. Bonuses that expire before wagering is completed will be removed from the account along with any winnings derived from bonus play
- Cashback Friday bonuses carry 0x wagering requirements — the returned funds are credited as real withdrawable PKR
- No 999 reserves the right to cancel, amend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time with reasonable notice
- Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts, using matched betting strategies on low-risk markets with the sole intent of clearing wagering requirements without genuine gameplay, or providing false information to qualify for a bonus — will result in bonus cancellation, forfeiture of associated winnings, and possible account suspension
The following rules govern all sports betting activity on No 999, including cricket betting, football betting, and any other sports markets offered on the platform.
- All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. No 999 does not honour claims for odds that were displayed due to a technical error or data feed fault
- No 999 reserves the right to void any bet where the odds were offered in clear error — for example, a match winner priced at 0.01 due to a data feed malfunction. In such cases the stake is refunded in full
- Bets placed after the official start of a match or event are void unless No 999 explicitly offers in-play betting on the relevant market
- Match results are determined by the official result as declared by the relevant sporting body — for example, the Pakistan Cricket Board for PSL matches. No 999 does not make judgements on disputed results and waits for official confirmation before settling bets
- Minimum stake per bet: Rs 50
- Maximum stake per bet: determined by market and is displayed in the bet slip before confirmation
- Accumulator and parlay bets are available on selected markets. If any selection in an accumulator is voided, the remaining selections are settled as a reduced accumulator at the recalculated odds
No 999 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake available to any individual player on any market without notice, at its sole discretion, based on patterns of betting activity. This is a standard practice in the sports betting industry and does not constitute a breach of these Terms.
No 999 offers live dealer casino games including baccarat, roulette, and blackjack. The following rules apply to all live casino activity in addition to the general rules in these Terms.
- Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical dealing or spinning observed via live video stream. No 999 does not control the outcome of any live dealer game beyond the choice of table and stake amount
- In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game, No 999's server records the last confirmed state of the game at the point of disconnection. The game outcome is determined and settled based on this server record
- Players are expected to behave respectfully in any chat functionality associated with live tables. Abusive, offensive, or threatening language directed at dealers or other players will result in immediate removal from the table and may result in account suspension
- Minimum and maximum bet limits are displayed at each live table before joining. These limits may differ across table tiers and are subject to change with notice
No 999 offers online Ludo and other digital skill and chance games. The following rules apply to all Ludo rooms, Quick Ludo, Blitz Ludo, Team Ludo, and tournament formats on the platform.
- All dice outcomes in No 999 Ludo games are generated by a certified cryptographic random number generator (RNG) with equal probability for all six faces. No player, account status, stake level, or external factor influences dice outcomes
- Entry fees paid to join a Ludo room are non-refundable once a game has started. If a room fails to fill within the stated timeout period, entry fees are refunded in full
- Prize distributions are as stated in the room lobby before entry. No 999 takes a platform fee of approximately 10% of the total entry fee pool. Remaining funds are distributed to the winner or top finishers as displayed
- In the event of a disconnection during a Ludo game, the reconnection window is two minutes. After this window, the server continues the disconnected player's turns using a default "move first available token" logic. No 999 is not liable for outcomes that result from a disconnection caused by the player's internet connection or device
- Colluding with another player in a Ludo room to manipulate the outcome — for example, deliberately losing to transfer prize funds to a partner account — is prohibited and will result in both accounts being suspended and prize funds being confiscated
- Tournament brackets and scheduling are final once published. Players who enter a tournament and fail to participate in their scheduled match forfeit their entry fee and are eliminated from the bracket
No 999 is committed to providing a safe gaming environment and takes its responsibilities toward player wellbeing seriously. The platform offers a comprehensive suite of responsible gaming tools available to all registered players through the account settings menu.
- Deposit limits — Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and can only be increased after a 24-hour cooling-off period
- Session time reminders — Set reminders to notify you of how long you have been playing in a session
- Reality checks — Receive pop-up notifications at intervals you choose, displaying your session duration and net balance change
- Cooling-off periods — Temporarily suspend your account for a period between 24 hours and 6 weeks. Accounts cannot be reactivated before the chosen period ends
- Self-exclusion — Permanently exclude yourself from No 999. This is irreversible. A self-excluded player may not re-register or be re-activated under any circumstances

No 999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
- Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or use of stolen payment methods
- Creation of or use of multiple accounts
- Providing false or misleading information at registration or verification
- Underage gambling (player found to be under 18)
- Bonus abuse as described in Section 6
- Collusion with other players as described in Section 9
- Abusive, threatening, or discriminatory behaviour toward No 999 staff or other players
- Use of automated bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market
- Any activity that No 999 reasonably determines to constitute a violation of these Terms or applicable law
Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the balance will be frozen for the duration of the review. Where suspension is confirmed as permanent due to fraud or policy violation, No 999 may retain the balance in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements. Where a player closes their account voluntarily and no policy violation applies, any remaining verified real-money balance will be paid out via their registered payment method within 5 business days.
No 999 collects and processes personal data for the purpose of operating your account, processing payments, preventing fraud, and complying with applicable legal requirements. Full details of how your data is collected, stored, used, and protected are set out in the No 999 Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
By registering an account you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy. No 999 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Your data is shared only where necessary for the operation of the platform — for example, with payment processors — and is handled in accordance with reasonable industry security standards.
No 999 provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we work hard to ensure continuous availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and cannot be held liable for any losses — including missed betting opportunities — resulting from planned or unplanned platform downtime, technical failures, or third-party service interruptions.
No 999's total liability to any player in respect of any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the amount deposited by that player in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. No 999 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or speculative losses including lost profits or opportunity costs.
No 999 is not responsible for the content or practices of any third-party website linked from the platform, nor for any loss arising from a player's reliance on information obtained from such a website.
No 999 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time to reflect changes in its services, applicable law, or business practices. Where a change is material — meaning it affects player rights or obligations in a significant way — No 999 will notify registered players via email or an in-platform message at least seven days before the change takes effect.
Minor clarifications, formatting changes, and corrections to typographical errors may be made without advance notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision. Your continued use of No 999 after any change to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
If you disagree with any change to these Terms, you have the right to close your account before the change takes effect. To close your account, please contact support at support@no999.bet. Any verified real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction under which No 999 operates. For players based in Pakistan, any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the No 999 platform shall first be addressed through our internal dispute resolution process.
If you wish to raise a formal complaint, please contact No 999 support in writing at support@no999.bet with the subject line "Formal Complaint." We will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to provide a substantive response within five business days. Where a complaint cannot be resolved through this process, further options for independent resolution may be available as communicated in our response to your complaint.
